By accessing or using STU Course Forge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for faculty and staff of St. Thomas University with a valid @stu.edu email address. You must be authorized by the university to use this platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Non-admin accounts are subject to a 60-day access period, which may be extended or terminated by an administrator at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading harmful content, or using the platform for purposes unrelated to instructional design and course development.
Content you create using the Service remains your property or that of St. Thomas University. The Service itself, including its software, design, and AI models, is owned by its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content should be reviewed for accuracy before use in academic settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, St. Thomas University and the Service operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
